On-site Support

On-site support consists of buying blocks of time. When there is a problem you call ITHelp911, a technician is dispatched to fix the problem, and the time is deducted from the block.

When your block of time falls below 5 hrs a new block of time is billed.

Blocks of time do not expire and can be used during business hours of Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
